Tatsoi

Tatsoi is like spinach, but richer, more savory, and longer preservation than spinach. Can be used in all the same ways spinach is used, too. Typically used fresh, cooked, juiced or in smoothies.


No scientific research could be found on this crop specifically, however, crops in the Brassica family are associated with potential reduction of risk of chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease and cancer.
