Okinawa Spinach

Okinawa spinach is really nothing like spinach. More like a basil taste with a more complex flavor profile. Fantastic to cook with like an herb to enhance the flavor of any savory dish! Typically used fresh or cooked.

Okinawa spinach is associated with potentially high levels of vitamin C, crude protein, iron, carotenoids, calcium, essential amino acids, and is a rich source of anthocyanins.
