Mulberry is a small sweet berry that grows prolifically here in Florida. The blacker and squishier, the sweeter they are. The more on the red unripened side, the more of a little bite of sour that you get. Typically used fresh, baked, or fermented into wine.
Mulberry is associated with potential anticholesterol, antiobesity and hepatoprotective effects.
