Moringa

Moringa is what I would consider quite the superfood. Its flavor is similar to horseradish or wasabi, so eating sparingly or sprinkled on something like a sandwich, pizza or salad is recommended to help balance out the strong flavor. Typically used fresh or as a tea.


Moringa has been associated with potentially helping to protect against cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, hypertension, and more in animal studies.
