Pepper (Mildly Spicy)

Mildly spicy peppers cause a burning sensation to your mouth that people either love or hate. I grow a multitude of mildly spicy varieties that usually hover in spiciness around a jalapeño. Typically used fresh, cooked, or made into sauce.


The spiciness in peppers has been associated with potentially combating against high cholesterol levels and obesity, anticancer effects, and are used to help treat arthritis pain.
