Specifically, the Myer lemon variety type I grow, is known to be a more pleasant flavor than the Eureka lemons commonly found in stores. Myer lemons have soft thin skin and more mellow juiciness on the inside, but don’t ship as well compared to the tough-skinned tart Eureka lemon, which is why they aren’t seen as much in comparison. Typically used in cooking or juicing.
