Kailaan

Kailaan is like spinach but tastes far richer. It goes great in salads, soups, or anything that you would traditionally use spinach for if you are up for the more intense flavor profile. Typically used fresh or cooked.


No scientific research could be found on this crop specifically, however, crops in the Brassica family are associated with potential reduction of risk of chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease and cancer.
