Jamun

Jamun is a dark purple berry that tastes somewhat of a mix of grape and plum with very floral notes, but is so astringent that it sucks the very stickiness from your saliva like a dry wine. Typically used fresh or juiced.


Jamun is associated with potential antioxidant, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, anticarcinogenic, and antiobesity effects.
