Brassica Leaves

Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Romanesco are usually only eaten from the produce aisle for their prized heads, however, there is an entire leafy green plant growing like crazy for months before this that is perfectly edible! Typically eaten sliced up and stir fried or roasted with other veggies.


Crops in the Brassica family are associated with potential reduction of the risks of chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease and cancer.
