Bok Choy

Bok Choy is a very mild tasting, watery and crisp vegetable. My favorite way to turn them into a fun snack is the snap off the stems and stuff them with peanut butter for a finger food even kids can enjoy. Typically used cooked or fresh.


Bok choy is associated with potentially improved lipid profiles, enhanced liver enzyme activities, and reduction of fat accumulation.
