Corn

Corn has a sweet, yet savory flavor to it. Usually seen just in the color yellow, it actually comes in nearly every color of the rainbow. Some cobs are big for eating, some are too tough to eat and used for decorating, and others and itty-bitty and used great for popcorn! Typically used cooked.


Corn is associated with potentially slower digestion due to its complex carbohydrates, creating both short and long-term balanced energy levels for increased productivity and reduced fatigue.
